How much does it cost?

The app is free to use for the first month and no credit card is required. After that you'll pay € 19,99 per year. This gives you access to more features and helps us keep the app running.

How can I pay?

We use Mollie to handle all our payments. They support all major payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, iDeal and more.

What does 'no automatic renewal' mean?

We do not automatically charge you. You will receive an email when your subscription is about to expire. You can then decide if you want to renew your subscription or not. And if you do nothing we won't charge you. If you do not renew your subscription, you will still have access to the app until the end of your subscription period. You can always download your data even if your subscription is expired.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to the app until the end of your subscription period. We never automatically charge you. We will always ask you this. You can always download your data even if your subscription is expired.

Sometimes it does not download the favicon of a website. Why?

We use a service to download the favicon of a website. Sometimes this service is not available or the website does not have a favicon.

Is my data safe?

We take the security of your data very seriously. We use industry standard encryption to store your data. We also make daily encrypted backups of your data. All your bookmarks are encrypted in the database by default and also not visible to us.

What is a board?

A board is a collection of bookmarks. You can create as many boards as you like. You can change your current board by clicking on the board name in the footer.

How can I edit a board?

You can edit a board by clicking on the button 'Edit board' on top of each board. You can change the name of the board, delete the board and change the categories.

How can I add categories to a board?

You can edit a categories of a board by clicking on the button 'Edit board' on top of each board. You can add and remove categories. If you remove a category it does not delete the bookmarks in that category.

How can I add a bookmark?

You can add a bookmark by entering some text or an URL and then click on the button 'Create' on top of each board. You can also drag and drop a link from your browser to the board. If you have one- or more categories selected then the bookmark will be added to that category.

How can I edit a bookmark?

You can edit a bookmark by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the bookmark. You can change the text and categories of the bookmark. You can also delete the bookmark.

How do I make a shortcut to the app on my phone?

You can add a shortcut to the app on your phone by clicking on the button 'Add to home screen' in the browser menu. This will add a shortcut to the app on your phone. This will automatically go to your current board with selected categories. You can also add multiple shortcuts to different boards or with different categories.

How to get access to the API?

You can get access to the API by clicking on the button 'API' in the account menu. You can then generate an API key. You can use this API key to access the API. You can also delete an API key if you do not want to use it anymore. The API is only available for users with an active subscription.

Sometimes it does not show the correct page title. Why?

We use a service to get the page title of a website. Sometimes this service is not available or the website does not have a page title. Many website nowadays use a lot of JavaScript to render the page and to set the page title that makes it sometimes hard to get title of the page.

Is there an API limit?

The API limit is based on fair use. If you use the API a lot we will contact you to discuss the options. We do not want to limit the API but we also do not want users to abuse the API.

What's the name of the polarbear?

He's trying to avoid the paparazzi so we can't tell you his name. That probably also explains why he's wearing sunglasses all the time.

Where can I download my data?

You can download your data by clicking on the button 'Download data' under the 'Download' section in the account menu. This will generate an Excel export of all your bookmarks.
